Sponsored Cycle Ride

Last year Roy Cardy took up Action Medical Research’s challenge to cycle from London to Paris in four days.

He enjoyed the experience so much that he’s doing it all again this year.

Imagine him cycling along country roads, meandering through villages, soaking up the sun and enjoying the café stops that lined his route before finishing on the Champs Elysees the day before the Tour itself concludes there. It sounds idyllic but there is a serious motivation behind it:
Each pedal stroke he takes will help to raise vital funds for Action Medical Research, helping to contribute to a total amount that will hopefully beat the fantastic £950,000 raised last year.
